If you are unable to come to Church due to illness or disability to receive Holy Communion, you can contact our parish with your information. We will bring the Eucharist to you in your home on the First Friday of the Month or if you are in a nursing/rest home environment. We would love to support you in drawing closer to Jesus and to find strength and healing.
If you are interested in bringing the Eucharist to the sick and homebound either for a family member or as a regular member of our First Friday team please use the form below to contact us.
Outreach to our families with deceased loved ones Our Bereavement Team volunteers provide support, compassion and friendship to individuals and families who are experiencing grief through the death of a loved one. We offer direction to local organizations to anyone needing extra help. Families are invited to a yearly Mass of Remembrance and Luncheon in November to celebrate our deceased loved ones, together as a community. Sharing our grief helps us to heal. If you would like to assist on this team please contact Nancy Asciak - Coordinator of Ministries
